WO Time Receipt

Barcode

Using the bar code scanner, the bar code of the WO operation appears in the field, filling all WO-related information automatically (see  third image above).
 
The information is displayed with WO number / WO positions and indicating the WO item name in italics right to the field name  (see  third image above).

Operation

The field is automatically filled with the information coming from WO-number scanning or manual input.  The WO position number of the operation appears in the field along with the name of the used Resource in brackets  – see  third image above: 30 (bradpitt) . The description of the operation is indicated in italics right to the field name ("Function control" in our example above).
NOTE: Parallel operations do not consider quantities and do not manage Open/Close status!. Time receipt creation does not close a parallel operation.

Resource

The field is automatically filled with the information coming from WO-number scanning or manual input. The name of the Resource appears in the field, and its description is displayed right to the field name.

The resources for the user can be selected and set up in Personnel administration > FDC settings.

Time Type

Select a time type. See also Concept Time Types.

Time from / Time to

Duration

According to the app setup, you can make this field visible.

Note: The field is not editable if "Field duration blocked" parameter was selected in Configuration wizard > FDC > View Time Receipts.

Quantity

Provide the quantity to be receipted.

Indicated right of the field name:
- pending/total quantity. Pending quantity is based on previously reported time receipt quantities
- Unit of measure

Scrap

Scrap quantity - field is not changeable.

Partial / Completion / Intermediate

Select one of the options to be performed at booking:

- Partial: Create a partial time receipt for the operation.

- Completion: Confirm completion of the operation and close the position.

- Intermediate: Create an Intermediate report in the Time receipt. The button is visible only if the parameter in the Configuration wizard is left unchecked.

Batch/Serial Number

Visible only in case of Batch/Serial-managed items. The icon opens the Batch/Serial: Extended Information screen in Receipt Mode (see the same link).

WMS integration: WMS Batch attributes are supported.

Bin Location

Select the bin location by tapping the magnifying glass icon.

Filter

Search for an item.

WMS Integration: If the receipt is made from BEAS in a WMS warehouse, it applies the Quality status defined in Produmex WMS > Organizational Structure > Production tab.

Limitation of Beas Bin Management:

- RFID definition is not supported

-Batch/Serial Extended selection: It is not possible to select multiple bin locations from an SAP Bin-managed warehouse or Beas bin-managed warehouse.

Limitation of SAP Bin Management:

- not all Bin Rules are supported in the current view

- Weight/Volume are currently not supported in the current view

- Batch/Serial Extended selection: It is not possible to select multiple bin locations from an SAP Bin-managed warehouse or Beas bin-managed warehouse.

WMS integration - LUID/SSCC support

Batch/Serial Number

Batch/Serial number search.

 
Batch search screen - DETAILS:

Open the Batch/Serial Search window with the magnifying glass icon right of the field. After selecting a batch, the LUID and SSCC and the available quantity is displayed in the main app screen, right of the "Batch/Serial Number" field name.   Field descriptions Field Description Filter Search for a specific batch. WMS integration note: It is possible to filter with LUID/SSCC number.   See SSCC support and further, up-to-date information on WMS-BEAS integration. Available Total available quantity. WMS integration: This field considers all units available for WMS lock types "Batch", "LUID" and "Detail". Batch/Serial Batch number Location Bin Location number ID/SSCC Logistic Unit / SSCC information (WMS) The logistic unit ID is displayed in front in bold figures. The second ID after the slash is the SSCC. Reserved Reserved batch quantity Reserved Total All reserved batch quantity. WMS Integration: The quantity considers all WMS locks of supported types "Batch", "LUID" and "Detail".

The opens the "Batch/Serials: Extended Information" screen. In this application you can edit Batch/Serial number, Version and Quantity fields. See other, non-editable attributes in Extended information screen.

WMS integration: Tap the magnifying glass icon to filter by LUID.

Note: It is not possible to do so with the Batch/Serial Extended Information screen.
