A simplified "deliver" window is opened. Batches, Serial numbers and bin location are supported. This feature is available only if goods has been reserved (reservation system needs to be enabled).

Function is only visible if

- Reservation system has been activated

- the sales order was saved and is not open or canceled
- Variable ib_reservation is not false (use to disable the function)

This function runs in parallel to the SAP Business One-reservation function with the following features:

- Reservation of planned inflow (work orders)

- Support of scanners

- Easy reservation down to batch/serial number/bin level, as well as, for simple items

If the reservation system is disabled and you need to withdraw goods from the warehouse, the required quantity can be entered to the field "withdraw from warehouse".

If you created a configuration, beas writes back in the sales document (related to settings).

- Item Description, Price, Configuration Id and Long description.

- if you create a new item for this Configuration, beas writes back only the item code, but not the configuration id.
Reason: The configuration is defined for the original item (example Sofa) and not for the created item.

For using this, you need to follow visible the fields in Sales Order / Quotation:

- Item Description (Column 3)

- Unit Price (Column 14)

- Configuration (Column U_beas_vri)

- Free Text (Column 163)

Working with Precalculation

The Precalculation allows to calculate an existing item or to build up a complete new calculation. You have full access to the BOM, the routing and the planning data of the item, it is copied here and can be changed completely, without having an impact on the master data. You can perform a quotation costing from SAP Business One. To do so, a calculation can be opened directly from an SAP Business One offer. After having configured and calculated the proposed item, the price is determined and can be entered in the offer.

If the offer is accepted, a production order can be created from the calculation.

The customer number, item number, quantity and item description are transferred to Precalculation from sales order. If the calculation is saved and closed, the calculation price of the first lot size is entered to the sales order.

In field "Calculation" the "Calculation number 2" is entered and thus linked to the sales order line.

Product configurations and variants are supported.

Note

Function is only available if no calculation number was entered in the field "calculation". To create a new calculation, simply remove the number from that field.

If this is an item with a configuration, calculation can be created only AFTER the configuration definition.

Note

Using the calculation, the item can be adapted for a specific sales order. The item is thus produced customer-specific and order-related. For this reason, no Precalculations for stock-related assemblies can be created from here. For stock-related items the function is hidden.

Function can be called only if:

Function starts as invisible in the background; Precalculation determines a price and enters it in the price field.

Use variable il_calcprice to determine where to enter the price:

0 (= Standard): unit price

1 = Gross Profit Base Price

Variables can be stored in an open Event of the respective document.

Function is available first after saving the sales order.

By right-clicking outside the table you can create work orders for all rows of the sales order. The window "Sales order to work order" opens.
This is only available if you have a Beas basic license.

Conditions for work order creation:

- sales order must be saved

- item is a production item

- Configuration wizard > Sales > Work order was not disabled.

- It is not a Sales-item, Template-item or Assembly  (OITM.TreeType may not be S, T or A)

- the user has access to create work orders
 

Notes

SBO Production BoM: Even if no SAP Business One Production BoM was stored, it is not considered in Beas

Production Warehouse: Warehouse is selected according to the standard rules for the work order warehouse logic used in the sales order to work order functionality.

If a work order for the respective row was already created, it is displayed.

Function is available only if it was not disabled in Configuration wizard > Sales and the access for the production has been granted.

If a default I-Version is defined in the Item Master data, the system inserts this Item Version in the sales/

purchase document.

If a blanket agreement is defined with I-Version, the system inserts the I-Version from the blanket agreement.

If you want to deliver an order-related item from a warehouse, you must define this amount here.
Otherwise the system attempts  to deliver this from an order-related work order.

Example:

You need 10 Pcs from an order-related item.

You want to deliver 6 from stock and want to produce 6.

If you deliver 6 Pcs from Stock,  the system wants to produce 10 Pcs.

Only if you define "withdrawal from warehouse" = 6, the system calculates correctly: We need additional 4 Pcs.
