In this window you can edit the inventory. Description and Pricing are required fields for initial recording. Start stocktaking by pressing "Update".

Create new inventory entry.

Remove

Delete inventory entry.

Import

Create a tab-separated text file:

The file needs to contain the following tabs (even if fields in certain tabs are left empty) in the following order:

itemcode, quantity, warehouse, bincode, batchnum, shelflife, price, currency, version.

Note: Limitation 10.000 lines! If you have more lines, you must split this.

If Beas creates the receipt documents, the system splits this to max. 500 lines / document. See Difference posting.

Not bookable

Filter: show only entries which could not be posted.

All

Filter: off.

Booking

Post in stock according to difference posting.

 

Window settings and templates are available.
