The Production Constraints tab is aimed at identifying the production stages, assemblies, and resources that could represent constraints for the different production processes, showing the average productivity per hour for each one of them and how the productivity varies across the manufacturing steps. This dashboard can help you to identify which processes are preventing you from having a shorter production cycle time, as well as to find the best stages of your manufacturing process for which you could build inventory buffers, aiding in the implementation of DDMRP practices.
