The personnel master data are entered here. These data are needed for presence recording and FDC; they are completely detached from user administration.

Connection to SAP Personnel master.
SAP Business One – Personnel master was introduced subsequently. Beas has been connected to SAP Business One which means that an employee created in SAP Business One will be automatically inserted in Beas and vice versa.
Due to downward compatibility, personnel numbers cannot be synchronized, because Beas allows alphanumeric personnel ID, in contrast to SAP Business One. For this reason the Beas – personnel entry consist of two personnel numbers. One manually entered number and one automatically generated SAP Business One – personnel number.
