Up to 4 time types can be set up in the Configuration Wizard. In the flowing example, the following time types are set up:
•Machine •Personnel processing costs •Personnel setup costs •Quality control
Type R: setup time Type A: main order time for which the number of pieces is reported
All time types can be activated in the resource by extending cost types to 4. It is possible to store a separate cost rate and cost element for each time type.
If this type of work sequence is logged in, the following login functions are available to the user: A person cannot report the person time and machine time for a work sequence simultaneously. Machines must therefore be reported using a different personnel number.
Approach: The machine is registered as personnel; a single personnel entry can also represent all machines
In the personnel master of the employees, everything is then activated except the time type "Machine".
If a login is now performed using the card number of the machine, the following selection is available, in addition to selection using the card number of a person.
This method permits very accurate recording of all time types, including in work order and machine grouping - from precalculation to FDC through to costing analysis. However, as the machine must be logged in and out separately, the cost incurred for process time collection is high.
