If this option is activated, a separate cost rate can be stored for personnel costs.
Special feature: If a cost rate is stored in the personnel master, the costing calculation is performed using the personnel cost rate of the employee who reported the time.
For this type of cost recording, separate personnel clocking in/out is not necessary, although this means that this type of cost recording can only be used if the person operates only one machine at a time.
Example: Personnel costs with 2 cost elements ("Extend to cost elements" = 2):
1. Setup cost element €0
2. Processing cost element €2 / minute ( = machinery costs)
3. Personnel costs €1.5 / minute
When logging in to FDC, the employee can now decide whether he reports the "setup" or the "processing". In the first case, a calculation of €1.5/minute ( = 0 + €1.5 ) is performed, and for a processing report €3.5 ( = €2 + €1.5).
Only one time report is generated in which all direct costs are included.
As a separate cost element can be stored for personnel costs, separate analysis of the planned or accumulated personnel costs are possible in the pre-calculation and cost analysis.
If the person operates several machines and clocks his own costs, this can be performed using an extended cost element.
