|
If the entry was blocked it is no longer available for selection.

|
The Group field allows subdivision into groups for better management or display without added functionality.

Period rule
|
Set a period rule to the shift. The period rule entered here has a higher priority than the one entered in the personnel master data. See Period rule.

Lunch from, To, Duration
|
Set a time range for a lunch break for a flexible lunch break. For more information see Flexible lunch break.
|
Shift detection from to
|
If the automatic shift detection was activated under Personnel / Regular hours, the time range defined there is taken into account. For more information see Automatic shift scheduling.
If "manual shift selection" was chosen, this time range will also be considered. See Edit shift model – Manual selection.

Valuation date
|
Defines the day on which this shift is calculated.
• | Night shift included in next day: If there is a login after the time specified here, the time-related message relates to the next day. This allows you to keep the times of a shift together in the time analysis. |
• | Early shift included in previous day: If there is a login before the time specified here, the login belongs to the previous day. |
It is possible to perform a Midnight Time split by activating the corresponding field.
IMPORTANT: The "Midnight split" function is ONLY available for logging time in the terminal solution!
