WMS Integration - When working with a WMS database, and connected Produmex Add-On, the list is filtered based on the Produmex WMS Add-On > Organizational structure > Quality Status >"Can be used for production". If the "Can be used for production" field is active, this BEAS screen section only displays WMS items that were set to "Released" status in WMS.

NOTE: WMS quality status is not defined per serial number. For this reason, all serial numbers of the same LUID will be displayed in the material issue list, even if they have different WMS quality statuses. Only quantity available in an unblocked for production status can be issued.

After the selection, the Warehouse code is displayed. The exact name of the warehouse and the available number with the unit of measure for the selected item are indicated in brackets above the field. see  image: "(5.00 Pcs) bin-warehouse".
When adding a new line, the last used Warehouse (and bin location if applicable) is automatically filled by the system and can be changed.

When the Warehouse for the item has been selected, this field shows the exact bin

location (if available). In case of a batch/serial-managed item, this field is

automatically filled by the system after selecting the batch/serial in the Batch/Serial

Number field.

The available number for the selected item is indicated in brackets above the field.

Limitation of Beas Bin Management:

- RFID definition is not supported

-Batch/Serial Extended selection: It is not possible to select multiple bin locations from an SAP Bin-managed warehouse or Beas bin-managed warehouse.

Limitation of SAP Bin Management:

- not all Bin Rules are supported in the current view

- Weight/Volume are currently not supported in the current view

The magnifying glass opens the Batch/Serial search screen where you can perform further filtering for the name of the batch/serial. The screen shows the names and bin locations of the available batches/serials:

Open the Batch/Serial Search window with the magnifying glass icon right of the field. After selecting a batch, the LUID and SSCC and the available quantity is displayed in the main app screen, right of the "Batch/Serial Number" field name.   Field descriptions Field Description Filter Search for a specific batch. WMS integration note: It is possible to filter with LUID/SSCC number.   See SSCC support and further, up-to-date information on WMS-BEAS integration. Available Total available quantity. WMS integration: This field considers all units available for WMS lock types "Batch", "LUID" and "Detail". Batch/Serial Batch number Location Bin Location number ID/SSCC Logistic Unit / SSCC information (WMS) The logistic unit ID is displayed in front in bold figures. The second ID after the slash is the SSCC. Reserved Reserved batch quantity Reserved Total All reserved batch quantity. WMS Integration: The quantity considers all WMS locks of supported types "Batch", "LUID" and "Detail".

IMPORTANT: If you wish to add other serial numbers in different bin locations, you must insert an additional line by pressing "+": .
 

Limitation: 1 batch / 1 bin location = If you need to issue another batch from a different bin location, you must create another document.

 
WMS integration: Filter batches by LUID.

The opens the "Batch/Serials: Extended Information" screen. In this application you can edit Batch/Serial number, Version and Quantity fields. See other, non-editable attributes in Extended information screen.

The unit of measure is called from the master data and is indicated above the field.

Note: Units of measure may be entered with decimals but using the up and down

selection arrows in the right side of the field can only provide the nearest rounded

values.
