Internal and external maintenance
Maintenance module for internal and external maintenance.
The following objects can be administrated:
- Resources
- Tool
- Serial number related items
- Customer equipment
The maintenance module includes the following functions:
- Create a maintenance document
- Create a maintenance plan
- Edit maintenance orders
- Administrate components (e.g. Items of a machine)
- Document administration
- Create planned interruptions
- Create time reservations during the interruption, which affect the APS
Available work-flows:
- Administration of internal / external maintenance, creating maintenance orders via defined maintenance cycles
- In Resource / Tool: direct administration of maintenance orders, direct creation of maintenance orders
- Interruption Messages (incidents): creating maintenance orders including production repair orders, activities etc.
- Creating maintenance orders automatically at the moment the lifetime of a component or tool expires (hours or pieces)
Needed Service:
The maintenance needs a service which creates all necessary documents in a defined time.
If you create the first maintenance plan, you will see the following message:
This creates a planned activity in Beas server management.
A service for planned activities must be active.
