Type R: setup time

Type A: main order time for which the number of pieces is reported

A person cannot report the person time and machine time for a work sequence simultaneously. Machines must therefore be reported using a different personnel number.

This method permits very accurate recording of all time types, including in work order and machine grouping - from precalculation to FDC through to costing analysis. However, as the machine must be logged in and out separately, the cost incurred for process time collection is high.
