Master data

Field

Meaning

Inspection Plan

Any ID for the inspection plan. An item number can also be stored. If no inspection plan is stored in the item and there is an inspection plan with the same ID, that inspection plan is used.

Measuring all

Samples are inserted for each inspection plan.
Here, you can indicate that a sample should be inserted every n number of test items (units) to be tested.

For 0, only one sample is inserted.
For example, if quantity is 1, and this value is 10, one sample is inserted. If the quantity is 10, one sample is inserted, and two samples if the quantity is 11, 15 or 20.

Alternatively, a quantity-dependent number of samples can be stored in a table. To do this, click the orange arrow left to the input field.
The number can now be entered depending on the quantity.
There are two options here (type)

"Fixed": The number of samples specified here above quantity x
"Per": One sample every "per quantity" x above quantity x

NOTE:

If a QC plan is stored with a position, the "Measure all" option is ignored. Only one sample is ever created, and further samples can be created as needed.
