Produmex WMS Integration

The Produmex WMS integration to Beas Manufacturing provides better manufacturing management capabilities to Produmex WMS users, and extends logistic support for Beas customers - especially companies requiring serialization.

Available features and functions – Beas Manufacturing 9.3 PL 03 and Produmex WMS 2019.2:

BEAS:

- Produmex WMS warehouse support: Produmex WMS warehouse information can be read from production inventory transactions (Production goods receipt, goods issue, Issue cancellation, QC transfer, reservation, allocation).

- Produmex WMS Proposal picking list creation for total quantity: The user can create a WMS picking list from the work order reservation window.

- Production Goods receipt to generate Produmex WMS information (SSCC and batch extended information)

- Item Master Data > Invent.History > Bin Location inventory tab suppporting Produmex WMS warehouses with bin locations

- Production Goods issue / Stock transfer to consider the additional information mandatory by Produmex WMS

- Produmex WMS warehouse support in production transactions WebApps in Terminal 2.1

WMS:

- Picking to production considering Beas work orders and reservation system

- Picklist for production using the the mobile client of Produmex WMS
