Attendance Recalculation

Calculates absence, availability per day.

These values are important for daily reports and views in the personnel administration and necessary for a personnel planning.

This calculation can also run using the Beas Service.

The generated table can also be used for own purposes

PERS_ID	Personnel number
DATEID	Calculated date
PlanMinutes	Planned availability of this person on this day in minutes
AvailableMinutes	Payed time (also from absence times, in which "payed" was activated and the actual calculated attendance)
AttendanceMinutes	Actual attendance + absence, in which "Availability" was activated
AttendanceFrom	First login on this day. The valuation date will be considered and not login date.
AttendanceTo	Last logoff on this day
ABWGRND_ID	Absence type for this day
Difference	Difference in minutes between planned availability and payed availability
VacHour	Holidays in hours
VacDay	Holidays in days
IllHour	Sick in hours
IllDay	Sick in days
TrainingHour	Training in hours
TrainingDay	Training in days
SCHICHT_ID	Valid shift for this day
STDRGL_ID	Valid period rule for this day
OverTime1 ..3	Overtime 1..3 according to period rule
TimeArea1...3	Work hours in defined time area

fromdate	Calculation start Calculation end will be set on fromdate + 180 automatically, if this will not be set manually. Example: From yesterday for personnel number 15 setvar=ld_start=<today -1> object=ue_api_time=recalculatefdc=pers_id=15<tab>fromdate=<ld_start,yyyy/mm/dd>
todate	Calculation end
month	Set this on current month Example: calculate current month for all persons object=ue_api_time=recalculatefdc=month
pers_id	Define, for which person the calculation has to be performed Example: for personnel number 15 from today, the next 15 days object=ue_api_time=recalculatefdc=pers_id=15<tab>fromdate=<today,yyyy/mm/dd>
pers_list	Define the personnel list, for which the calculation has to be performed Example: for this month personnel number 10,11 and 15 object=ue_api_time=recalculatefdc=month<tab>pers_list='10','11','15'
