Manufacturing progress:         In a horizontal line, operations are to be processed and finished ones are displayed

Milestones:                               Status of milestones stored in work order item

 

Via window settings up to 30 additional columns can be displayed, unnecessary columns are hidden.

Templates are supported.

 

The milestone progress list shows the name of the milestone and its current status ( eg: assembly, QC ). Only work order positions with deposited milestones are displayed.

Upper selection fields

Select from All / Active / Only closed work order are displayed.

Milestones

Select, then press button "Display": the display below is defined:

Manufacturing progress shows current status of all work orders.

In each operation-field the required resource is displayed. Status is displayed by colors:

Green                    Completed

Blue                       In progress

Grey                      Not yet started

 

Milestones: displays current status of Milestones (example: assembling, QC ). Only work order positions with stored milestones are displayed.

 

Colors in milestone progress list:

Green        Completed

Blue          Open

Violet       Open, due today

Red           Open, due date in the past

Item group from - to

Only work orders with assemblies belonging to this group.

Material group

Only items of this material group.

Resource type

Only work orders with at least one resource of this type. Parallel resources are not taken into account. The resource type is defined in Resource – "General" tab.

 

Note: using filters, overhead orders are not considered!

 

The evaluation requires intensive computation with several accesses on SQL server, because a separate calculation is started for each line.
