With this Web App it is possible to move stock from one warehouse to another.

The app has 3 tabs: Header, Line and Lines. See basic WebApp controls in General Information on WEB APPS Version 2.1.
See Configuration wizard settings of the Web Terminal.

 

Header tab

In the Header you can select the Source Warehouse:

Once the Source Warehouse is selected, it remains locked for the upcoming items in the document.

Field Descriptions

Field

Description

Item No

Select the item number of the item to be transferred to another warehouse. This field supports GS1-128 bar code scanning.

I-Version

Visible and editable only if the selected item has (an)other version(s) in the Master data.

Limitation of Beas Bin Management:

- RFID definition is not supported

-Batch/Serial Extended selection: It is not possible to select multiple bin locations from an SAP Bin-managed warehouse or Beas bin-managed warehouse.

 

Limitation of SAP Bin Management:

- not all Bin Rules are supported in the current view

- Weight/Volume are currently not supported in the current view

- Batch/Serial Extended selection: It is not possible to select multiple bin locations from an SAP Bin-managed warehouse or Beas bin-managed warehouse.

 

Batch/Serial Number

Active only for batch/serial-managed items.

The batch_serial_extended opens the "Batch/Serials: Extended Information" screen.

It is possible to create a stock transfer document for a number of batches/serials of the same item with the plus icon.
 

Note: If mandatory information is missing in the Extended information screen, the Batch/Serial Number field will indicate it with a red border in the main screen, even though the field itself is not empty.

In this application you can edit Batch/Serial number, Version and Quantity fields. For more information on available fields and screen modes see Extended information screen: details

 

WMS integration: Tap the magnifyglassmagnifying glass or batch_serial_extended to filter by LUID.

See  further, up-to-date information on WMS-BEAS integration.

 

Limitation: All selected serials in a line must be from the same warehouse/bin location. If you wish to add other serial numbers in different bin locations, you must insert an additional line by pressing "+": ADD_line_WebApp_02.

Quantity

Enter the number of items to be transferred to another warehouse.

Note: it is not possible to transfer work order related, reserved materials.

Target Warehouse

Select the target warehouse for the stock transfer. The items saved in this document will be transferred to this warehouse.

Target Bin Location

Active when selecting a bin warehouse first. Select a bin location for the transferred stock.

Waiting time: In this parameter you can define the number of seconds that the app should wait until moving forward with the next transaction.
