Field Descriptions

Field	Description
Position	See Position number. This is a text information and does not define the order.
Change	Can be enabled manually. It shows that changes have been made. In structure view, the entry is then marked with a green dot.
Item	See Item number. Not changeable. In case of a new item, the field is empty.  The item is created only when the work order is created. In other cases, this is the copy of the previously selected item. Change in master data tab are not written back to the original data set.
I-Version	Item Version number. See Item Version.
Optional	This is an optional entry It's displayed, but not summarized in the end sum
Revision	Revision number.
Description	See Item description.
Drawing number	See Drawing number.
Warehouse	Code of the Warehouse where the item is stored.
Bin Location	Bin location number - available for bin-managed warehouses. Only valid "Bin Locations" for the selected warehouse are allowed. After changing the warehouse, the bin location content is set to empty in this field.   Work Order BoM and Precalculation: A work order created from an Item, or Precalculation copies this field automatically for the BoM. If there is not enough stock to pre-assign quantities from this, pre-defined bin location, Beas continues to pre-assign them from further bin locations based on the sorting rules.

A copy of operation master data is displayed. Any changes made here only affect the calculation.

Display of scale prices. The selected item is displayed. Only the item designation can be changed here.

Below the deposited scale prices are displayed.

Only visible if

- "Calculation schema per assembly"  was activated in the currently used Calculation schema.

- The current Bill of Materials position is an assembly.

The system displays the result in the same unit as defined in Lot size.

Display calculated Costs based on the current schema for all defined lot sizes.

It is also possible to insert the sales price for this assembly lot size.

In this window you can change Surcharge for every Schema object related to the assembly from the chosen Bill of Materials position.
