Measurement positions can have conditions. This can be a value which is determined here and stored in the measurement positions to be compared.

Only if the value matches, the measurement position is created.

 

PATH: Production > Quality control > QC inspection plan > Open an entry > "Master Data" tab > "Rule" tab.

Example: Question for "color," allowed values ​​"red" and "blue".

For measurement position 1 "red" and for 2 "blue" is entered.

 

When creating the QC order, if "blue" is selected to the question of color, only measuring position 2 will be created.

Alternatively, a script can be deposited or for work orders you refer to a data base field.

 

Note:

Parallel QC orders ignore the rules.

The following variables are available

e_qcorder = QC-order

e_typ = Type QC-order. see Types

e_itemcode = Item

e_base_belnr_id = work order document number (Type E or F)

e_base_belpos_id = work order number (Type E or F)

e_base_pos_id = operation (only Type F)

e_basetype = origin document (eg. posting document, goods receipt etc.)

e_basedocentry = origin document number

e_baselinenum =  line number in origin document number

e_baselinenum2 = line numer 2 ( for example work order item) in origin document number

e_basebasetype = caused by document

 

Note:

If a QC order is created per batch, the type is "B", but the origin document is a goods receipt. then basetype can differ from typ.

 

Note: Is not supported in the WEB-application if an input or an output has to be executed, because this is run by the server.

Note: WEB-application is not supported.

 

Note:

No query can be displayed in the WEB-application. That is why these functions are not supported at the WEB-application.
