With this app it is possible to select a counting list and edit the quantity directly in the list view.
The app consists of three tabs in the order of Header, Lines and Line.
Header tab
In this tab you can identify the counting list.

Inventory |

In this field you can provide the counting list. By tapping the Magnifying glass icon right to the field, the "Counting Search" filter screen appears. |
Counter/Recorder |
The name of the user performing inventory counting. |
Once the counting list is selected in the Header tab, the screen switches automatically to the Lines tab where you can select the quantity by using the "-" and "+" buttons (see image below). To add an item that is not in the list, tap the plus icon top left. Note: Smaller tablet screens and mobile phones show only 3 columns. Therefore, the app is recommended for larger screens or tablets as the line in the list needs to display warehouse, batch/serial and bin location information and confirmed quantity.
Note: Only one, existing batch/serial is available per line. New batches cannot be added. |
The Line tab becomes available once the user taps "+" to add a new line. It is mandatory to add item-specific information such as Item number, Warehouse information, Bin location (in case of bin warehouse), batch/serial number/ I-version (if applicable) and quantity.

Note: As of Beas 9.3 PL03 changing the quantity in the WebApp is not indicated in the Change history of the Inventory list in the system. |
