Item, if unknown

If no item was created for a BOM position or no item shall be created, you can use a replacement item. Description and drawing number can be entered manually.
Using the import program, this item will be used automatically. If no item was defined, the BOM cannot be imported.
If a new BOM position is registered and the item defined here was inserted, the switch "manually" will be displayed.

Scrap Calculation procedure
|
The formula to be used for the Material Scrap in Bill of Materials can be selected here.
You can select between two methods to calculate the BoM Scrap.
Scrap = Quantity * ( Scrap % )
Scrap = Quantity / ( 1 - Scrap%/100 )
Default is first option (same function as in the past). In this way you will not lose compatibility to older versions.
