|

Enhances the Beas Basic capacity planning by incorporating features for finite capacity planning, with powerful functions for forward and backwards production scheduling, linking production scheduling to materials availability, sorting production by priorities and grouping by common characteristics, custom prioritizing according to freely definable rules, and optimizing of resources’ usage (automatically selecting resources with free capacity when working with alternatives or groups of resources).

Fully integrated maintenance solution that includes features for internal and external maintenance scenarios, maintenance plans for preventive (calendar based) and predictive (productivity based) maintenance, corrective maintenance, maintenance for produced and sold items with serial numbers, registration of maintenance transactions from terminal application, calculation of maintenance costs based on maintenance orders, maintenance material planning integrated to MRP, and automatic creation of interruptions for maintenance, enabling APS to consider maintenance when scheduling production.

Beas Cost Accounting extended / Business Performance
|
Advanced cost accounting integrated to production data, allowing the creation of dynamic distribution rules according to production activity, different rules for processing and analyzing financial transactions from SAP Business One, budgeting, profits and losses statement, and specific reports for analyzing transactions related to cost centers and cost elements. This module also in- corporates an Absorption Costing function, which enables the distribution of the actual accounted cost to the produced items, recalculating their costs according to real transactions instead of using fixed cost rates on resources and personnel.
