Locations (deprecated)	Click on the "Edit locations" button to edit the locations. Only Beas Attention: This option disappears in 9.3 PL2 version of BEAS
Warehouse (deprecated)	Click on the "Edit warehouse" button to edit the warehouse. Attention: This option disappears in 9.3 PL2 version of BEAS
Activate bin location management (deprecated)	Activation of this option allows the entry of items at the inventory locations. Attention: This option disappears in 9.3 PL2 version of BEAS
Bin Locations (deprecated)	Click on the "Edit bin location" button to edit individual bin location. Attention: This option disappears in 9.3 PL2 version of BEAS
Warehouse areas (expanding symbol)	Expand this option to open 4 UDF. By entering a name, the UDF is activated. See UDF
SAP B1 Bin location management to use (deprecated)	Usually, SAP B1 bin location management features are hidden, when starting Beas. Enabling this option, the original SAP B1 bin location features are available. See Bin location management Attention: This option disappears in 9.3 PL2 version of BEAS

Inventory Location with RFID

This pertains to an additional sub-division of a storage location.

RFID in Beas Bin ManagementIn Beas Bin Management a field "RFID" is available. You can use this field for working with Bin Management with additional Identifier for every single product via RFID.It is also possible to use this RFID field for other Identifiers. Here it is recommended to use a serial number for identification and not the separate RFID field inside Beas Bin Management.

Limitations:

- Supports only Beas bin management

- No support for WEB Applications

- No support for SAP Bin Warehouse

Post in: select in bin locations

Define which drop down will be displayed during the receipt process at warehouse selection.

Example: Goods receipt, Transfer – To bin location, Work order receipt, Goods Receipt PO -

The WEB APPs ignore this setting.

The following settings are possible:

By warehouse sorting

The sorting defined in the bin locations will be used.

bin_dropdown

- Bin Location
- Warehouse Area
- First item (Alphanumeric) in this bin location

- Stock of the first item in this bin location

By item and filling degree (Volume)

First the bin locations already containing this item will be shown. Then, they are displayed by warehouse sorting. The volume – filling degree will be shown in %

Attention: WMS and SAP Bin Warehouses are currently not supported.
