Customized extension

Enter name and location of the Add-Ons.

Folder

Only visible if working with a central project folder:
Open the windows explorer in this folder.

Block client update on this station

Only visible, if you do NOT work with a central project folder:

Prevent adjustment of the local project folder.

Use example:

The extensions will be developed at this station. This option can be activated for preventing an "overwriting" accidentally through an adjustment.

Request a client update

Only visible if NOT working with a central project folder:

As soon as the clients restart Beas, the project folder will be updated.

The entry "version" will be increased in the project folder on the server in the file "version.ini".

Distribute local changes

Only visible if you do NOT work with a central project folder:

All changes in the local folder are copied to the server > project folder and a distribution is requested to all clients.

As soon as the clients restart Beas, the project folder is updated.

The entry "version" will be increased on the server in the project folder in the file "version.ini".

Note:

All files will be copied but not deleted.

Local document

Only visible if you do NOT work with a central project folder:

Open the file explorer on the local client.

Server document

Only visible if you do NOT work with a central project folder:

Open the file explorer on the local client.

Language

Language table

The translation in the project folder is saved in the file "lanuage.psr" and updated when:

a) The addon is registered,

b) The language is updated,

c) Something is changed in this window.

Messages

Own messages for own extensions can be stored here for all user languages.

The translation in the project folder is saved in the file "message.psr" and is updated if:

a) The addon is registered,

b) The language is updated,

c) Something is changed in this window.

Database

Define own Database Fields

Edit table extensions	Edit database extensions. These are saved in db.ini. See "structure of the DB.INI"
Edit rights	Edit further authorizations which are displayed in the user rights administration.

User events

Beas allow to insert additional functionality in the business logic. This is not window related and the scripts running complete in back end - in Beas Desktop / Terminal / WEB solution, Beas Service Layer and DataIntegration hub. Follow areas are available.

Addon	Edit details with Beas script editor.
Menu	Edit details with Beas script editor.
MRP	Edit details with Beas script editor.
QC	Edit details with Beas script editor.
Calculation	Edit details with Beas script editor.
Stock management	Edit details with Beas script editor.
Work orders	Edit details with Beas script editor.
APS	The Details button opens the script editor with the file APS.SRC and creates the function or jumps to the existing function.
