Two flextime accounts are administered. This can be useful for accounting purposes, for example if, for a certain period, overtime should be posted differently for business reasons.
Determining the flextime account to which time should be posted is done under Personnel – Regular hours – Account planning. This can be defined with a from-to period, including specification of a reason for the change.
Calculation as well as output are done through the time analysis. The result of the last analysis can be viewed under Personnel – Monthly quota.
Both flextime accounts behave identically and the number of hours of the previous month is considered in the following month. |
