In these two tabs you can provide further Description settings for the configuration

Description

Transfer to SAP Business One

This option is usable if the following applies:

•A change was made in configuration window

•The document line is not closed

Value	Description
No	No action.
Column Item Description	Only available in the Text Brief Description tab. Write the brief description into the current document line in the item description field. Information: It is not possible to change this field directly in SAP Business One. Beas uses the "sendkey" function to achieve this. On limitations, see the SAP SDK documentation sendkey function. This field must be visible and editable. beas 9.3 PL 2
Column Free Text	Only available in the Text Description tab. Write the text description into the current document line in the Free Text field. Information: This field must be visible and editable. Activate this field in the document form settings Table Format tab to be visible. beas 9.3 PL 2
Script	An additional script in project folder is required for this function. Script-for data transfer.

Generating active

Defines whether the description is created from existing parameters, Set-Objects and so on are as defined in the field below.

If a work order is created with this configuration, Beas uses the generated brief description from this configuration. See Work order position.

Parameter Insert

A drop-down list of all defined parameters and set-objects. It can be used to insert the chosen parameter or object into the description.

Script

Chose the language used to define text descriptions.

The check button

Check for syntax errors in the entered script.

Entry field

The links to parameters are entered in this field. All configurations and set-objects can be used.
