Dash_3.2.1

 

This grid displays all the open routing positions for the work orders, whose data can be filtered using the auxiliary grids, or by directly defining filters for the desired columns. The “Scheduled Operations” grid presents the following information:
 

a)Status: Routing position scheduling status, which can be “Open” or “Closed”:

 1-Today: Current date and time are between the planned start and end dates and times for the routing position;

 2-Today (Overdue): Current date is between the planned start and end date for the routing position, but the current time is already after its planned end time;

 3-Tomorrow: The routing position’s planned start is scheduled for tomorrow;

 4-Overdue: Current date and time are posterior to the planned end date for the routing position;

 5-Future: The routing position’s planned start is scheduled for a future date (not including tomorrow).
 

b)Planned Start: Planned start date and time for the routing position;

c)Planned End: Planned end date and time for the routing position;

d) Resource ID: Code of the resource linked to the routing position, which can display two icons:

 Dash_orangedot: Resource setting-up;

 Dash_3.1.1_a: Resource in work;

 Dash_red_dot: Resource interrupted.
 

e) WO: Work order number, position number, and routing position number;

f) Stock: Quick stock check for the routing position, which can display the following icons:

  Dash_greentick: All required materials are available in stock;

  Dash_greentick: All required materials have already been consumed or reserved;

 Dash_stop: Some or all of the required materials are not available in stock;

  Dash_gray_circle: There are no materials linked to the routing position (important: materials not linked to any routing position are automatically be linked to routing position 10).
 

g) Resource: Quick resource availability check for the routing position, which can display the following icons:

  Dash_greentick: Resource currently available;

  Dash_triangle: Resource with an active setup time registered for the routing position;

  Dash_greentick: Resource with an active production time registered for the routing position;

 Dash_imperative: Resource busy, currently working for another routing position;

  Dash_stop: Resource with an active interruption.

 

h) Item Code / Item Name: Identification of the item;

i) Operation Desc.: Description of the routing position;

j) Pool: Current pool to which the routing position is allocated:

 1 – Now: Routing position is in pool 1;

 Waiting Previous Task: Routing position is in pool 0 (waiting for the preceding operations to be completed);

 NN – In Pool: Routing position is currently allocated to pool NN.
 

k) Time (Pl./Act.): Times (planned / actual). The blue progress bar represents how much of the planned times were already reported and, in the cases where actual times surpassed the planned times, the values are highlighted in bold dark red Dash_45-60_b;

l) Qty. (Pl./Act.): Quantity (planned / actual). The blue progress bar represents how much of the planned quantities were already produced and, in the cases where actual production surpassed the planned amounts, the values are highlighted in bold dark gray Dash_100-150;

m) Operator: Name of the operator currently logged in the routing position, as well as the login date and time.
