This tab is only visible for items set as Inventory by warehouse.

 

The purpose of the tab is to check status of each warehouse and see minimum stock levels.

Information can be accessed also when Notify of minimum inventory / warehouse is not active.

The displayed information is identical to Inventory data > By Warehouse in the Item master data.

The information in the Inflow and Outflow tab is filtered according to the warehouse(s) selected in the By Warehouse tab.

The highlighted top row in the Inflow and Outflow shows the total "Minimum inventory" and the balance as well. Select a warehouse by clicking in the Display field, and an asterisk (*) appears right of the Inflow and Outflow tab name (see image above), indicating that the filtering is done according to warehouses.

Changing the selection in the by Warehouse field automatically changes the balance in the Inflow and Outflow tab.

Attention: Once you select another tab of the window, the filter in this tab is reset.

Note: The information displayed in the Tab corresponds to the Real time (and not the MRP calculation).

Item Version:  Inventory information is not displayed by I-Version in this tab.

Display

When active, information in the Inflow and Outflow tab is filtered according to the currently selected warehouse(s).

The icon set in the Warehouse master data to represent the Warehouse.

Warehouse

Warehouse code.

Description

Description of the warehouse.

Inventory

Total stock of the item including blocked batches.

Minimum

Input of the minimum warehouse stock quantity for this warehouse.

Maximum

Input of the maximum warehouse stock quantity for this warehouse.

UoM

Unit of measure.

Confirmed

Planned issue for customer orders. No breakdown of sub-components. Calculation according to SAP rules.

Order

Planned receipt from purchase orders. Summation according to SAP rules.

WO Receipt

All planned receipts are displayed without consideration of any settings (blocked work orders etc).

WO Issue

All planned issues are displayed without consideration of any settings (blocked work orders etc).
Important: all previous postings for this item are considered regardless of which warehouse they were posted from. This works only if the work order was created by Beas without any changes by external programs.

Minimum Purchase Order

Input of the required inventory levels for this warehouse. Value deposited in purchasing unit, it is supported in order recommendation report, if no minimal stock was entered. The quantity required to reach to the minimum warehouse stock is displayed in the Required (purchasing UoM) field.

If the release of warehouse stock under the minimum limit is selected in the document settings, the system issues warnings if the minimum warehouse stock is not reached. The system does not permit further input of inventory documents if the warehouse stock has reached the maximum quantity.

Locked

It is related to SAP Business One > Item Master Data > Inventory Data > field Locked.

Locks the warehouse for the item and prevents you from adding the item from this warehouse to

any A/R or A/P document.

Inventory_locked

Warehouse Locked

The (non-editable) check box indicates that the warehouse is locked. Related to SAP Business One - Warehouse - Field "Inactive".

Warehouse Type

Type of warehouse (allocation, external, general warehouse etc.) See Warehouse administration.
