Account determination is done automatically and must be checked afterwards.

Item Version
IMPORTANT: Items that have item version(s), are neither batch- nor serial-managed, and have separate bill of materials are not supported.
For MRP to run correctly, remove the item version from these item or convert item to batch-managed items.
Note: You must fix this before using MRP.
Beas does not support Item Version control for non-batch/serial managed items.
You have some items with separate Bill of Material settings. MRP does not support this for this type of items and ignores the defined Bill of Materials definition, which results in wrong calculation.
The Button "Edit" displays all non batch/serial managed items with the setting "separate BoM"
Note: It is mandatory to fix this.
How to fix the problem:
- delete item version information and change setting "Administration" to "Default"
- convert item to a batch managed item
How to convert a normal item to batch managed item:
1. Clean the inventory (it must be 0).
2. Delete all reservations and transfer requests.
3. Change the item to batch-managed item.
4. Insert old inventory over receipt function with a standard batch number or use version Number as Batch Number.
Positive effect: You can see the inventory per item version.

In Administration - System initialization - General settings - Stock - Unique serial numbers by set to "serial numbers"
Using other settings, serial number related items cannot be posted in Beas, because serial numbers are always displayed for selection.
With another setting, at postings the following error could occur:
