Post finished parts when

Defines the time of the receipt of the item.

This setting affects only the order time receipt.

Depends on the setting Material posting - Automatic material posting.

Available settings:

Like Material (Last Operation i.e. Backflushing)

Entry of the assembly is made with the material, depending on the settings.

Material posting - Automatic material posting

- First position or last routing position: It is posted in the last reportable position.

- for all other settings: The assembly is not posted.

Note: The assembly will always post in with the last operation.

Like Material (only backflushing assemblies)

Automatic entry is made only when:

- setting Material posting - Automatic material posting is set at the "first" or "last" position. The Assembly will post in always with last operation.

- the option "Output method" is set to "backflushing" in the item master of the assembly.

Note: The assembly will always post in with last operation.

Not Automatically:

If this option is active, there is no automatic entry for the finished item.

Always after the last operation

Finished parts are always posted in after the last operation, independent of other settings.

Note: No automatic entry posting is made if the Material posting - Automatic material posting is set to "Not automatically" or to "backflush post production order".

Post finished parts to warehouse

Defines the target warehouse of the item to be produced

Normally, the assembly is stored in primary warehouse defined in item master data.

If a store is selected in this setting, each assembly on main level is automatically entered into this warehouse.

Note: This setting is only for main items, not for sub-assemblies.

Selection is also possible via Warehouse > Extended > Master data tab - "Production inflow".

You can define additional rules in Warehouse rules. Warehouse rules have higher priority than this setting.

Allow Booking without prices

Defines whether an entry with price 0 is allowed

Enabled:

If the option is enabled, it is possible to post in the assembly with 0 price.

Disabled:

If the price valuation returns 0 and this option is disabled, the following error message appears:

Behavior if finished part has no price

Determines further behavior if pricing is not possible.

Note: This function is only available in

- Desktop solution / Terminal - Time receipt

- Desktop solution / Terminal - Backflush

- Desktop solution / Terminal - Goods receipt function

Since the option is "Pricing according to cost analysis", the assembly can be received only when the Bill of materials is issued and valued.

If the price is specified here as 0, the transaction can no longer be rolled back. For this reason, it must be updated. The behavior can be set here.

Force price entry: The price must be entered manually. Cancellation is not possible.

Info and book with 0: Information is given and the assembly is entered with the price 0.

Note:

In the backflushing process (for example time receipt) the system must create the time receipt entry, the Issue document and then the calculation.

The price is only available after these processes. But if the price is zero, the system cannot make a rollback of all preview processes (Rollback system from SAP Business one is case nut running).

This is the reason why the system cannot check this in WEB Services / WEB Application.

If "Force price entry" is activated, the user MUST insert a price. A cancellation is not possible.

Item check before booking

Checks the item to be booked before the backflushing booking process is started

When backflushing, the material is issued, the price is valued and the assembly is received in one process. If the receipt is not possible, the partial process cannot be undone.

A number of checks is performed before the issue resulting in the low likelihood of such event.

If this option is active, the item to be received is temporarily changed to ensure access rights and data integrity as much as possible. This check may delay the overall process in certain circumstances.
