Introduction > Beas user interface > Window control > Main menu

All Beas system functions are controlled in the main menu.

Only the menu items with user authorizations are displayed. See User rights

If Beas is started without SAP Business One only Beas - functions are displayed. Use right-click to switch between menu types. See Configuration wizard > View > Menu

If Beas is started within SAP Business One as Add On, the Beas - menu is integrated into the SAP Business One – menu.

Note:

The documentation always refers to the menu-setting "default"

Customized menu items ans entries made by Beas – AddOns are available in the Add-Ons menu cluster.
