Beas Manufacturing – Produmex WMS Integration

 

From product version 19.4, Produmex WMS adds support to the logistical needs of Beas Manufacturing 9.3 PL03 and later. When raw materials are needed during production, Beas Manufacturing sends a request to Produmex WMS and the materials can be picked with the Mobile Client. With the integration it is possible to generate picklist proposals with Beas Manufacturing while the SBO Notification Listener runs in the background and based on the received messages it generates picklists. When the stock is moved, Produmex WMS informs Beas Manufacturing that the raw materials have been picked and can be reserved. After issuing the products, Beas Manufacturing provides Produmex WMS with the necessary information on the products, for example batch number, serial number and SSCC, and the products can be moved to their destination location with the Mobile Client.
