The setting for the appearance of the terminal application is entered here (Attendance – Login and Logoff).

PATH: Administration > System initialization > Work station settings wizard > click Setup Terminal button.

Field descriptions

Station name

Customized feature.

Terminal type

Default (customized feature).

Suggest residue

Suggest residue at time receipt?

Resource 1

If this first entry is not filled, the system only checks resources that were defined in Personnel > FDC.

 

If  there are no resources defined, the station can theoretically show all resources.

If resources are defined, the station can show all of them.

Examples:

oResource 1: A  --> Only entries with resource "A" can be displayed.

oResource 1: A%  --> All entries that have a resource that starts with the letter "A" can be displayed.

oResource 1: A%  Resource 2: B --> All entries are displayed that have a resource that starts with "A" and the resource "B".

oResource 1: A%  Resource 2: % --> This displays all resources because Resource definition field 2 has the "%" which means all resources starting with anything.
