The Web solution of Beas Manufacturing can be integrated with the Web solution of SAP Business One.
This requires the installation of the Beas Web Client. Beas 2025.09.

 

Prerequisites

A successful installation of the Beas Web Client in SAP Business One requires action in Beas first.
IMPORTANT: SAP Web Extensions has limitations regarding the configuration and extensibility saved inside. Therefore, Beas information related to the customer must be saved in two Beas .mtar files.

PATH to files: Network > sap-web-server > B1_SHR > Beas software > SAPWebExtensions

Click on the User in the top right corner, and select "Settings" in the options. In General settings > Content Security Policy. Instead of the local host, add the link of the terminal (highlighted in yellow bellow):

Installation steps:

1. Go to SAP Business One Extension manager and in "Extensions" click the Import button.

2. In the opening "Extension Wizard" screen click Browse and Upload the two .mtar files one by one.

3.  Click Approve in the opening System information screen.

4. Click Finish in the Extension Import Wizard.

5. Click the "Finish import and run the company assignment wizard" link.

6. Select the databases that should have access to the uploaded files and click Next.

7. Edit which users should have the permission to execute these extra functionalities in the web solution. Then, click Next and Finish.

 

Check Beas Web solution integration in SAP Business One Web solution:

Open SAP Business One Web Solution, and the current Beas functionalities should be available in the "Extensions" tab:
