Dash_3.2.8_a

This grid shows all the active resources registered in Beas resource master data, indicating their current status and since when they are on that status.

 a) Status: Status of the resource:

         Setting-up Dash_orangedot: Resource with active setup times;

         Active Dash_3.1.1_a: Resource with active production times;

         Interrupted Dash_red_dot: Resource with active interruptions;

         Waiting Dash_3.2.8_b_cheese: Resource without any active times or interruptions, but with scheduled tasks.

         Free: Resource without any active times, interruptions, or production scheduling.

 b) Resource Name: Description of the resource;

 c) Since: Date and time that represent since when the resources are on the current status. If the resources have active times, the “Since” column will display the date and time in which the first active production task was logged in by an operator; if they are waiting or free, the “Since” column will display the date and time in which they finished their latest production task. In the cases in which the resources have never worked in production tasks, the “Since” column displays an empty value.

If you wish to know in which routing positions the resources are working, which ones are affected by interruptions, their scheduled tasks, or which operators are currently working on them, you just need to select the desired resource and status and check the results under the Scheduled Operations and Operators grids.

Important: On the Scheduled Operations grid, the routing positions will display the resource that is currently linked to them, not the alternative or parallel resources, while the “Resources” grid, for the “Active” status, shows all currently active resources, even if they are alternative or parallel resources. In situations like these, when you click on a resource from the “Resources” grid that is different from the default resource set to the routing positions, the currently active routing position(s) will not be displayed under the “Scheduled Operations” grid (as the dashboard filters for the exact resource identification). If this happens, you can check the currently active operations for the resource using the Beas function Production Time Administration, inside the Active work order times tab.
