CKS.DMS for SAP Business One: Document management system of company C.K Solutions

The document management system (CKS.DMS) is integrated in a way that an OCR process (text recognition) and creation of keywords is started automatically after scanning and printing a document in the background . Via document or business partner you can access all documents in a preview, which also provides a search feature over the complete archive.

To archive other documents (e.g. Office Documents or images) there are simple archiving features available. These documents are included in the indexing, to achieve better results.

Use CKS.DMS to archive item master data, work orders, complaints, and QC-orders.
