Authorization

There is only one step we need to take care about.

 

--> Security / Authorization.

 

You can extend the Security / Authorization that comes with be.as by using the file "rechte.ini"

 

 

Following Authorizations can be used:

locked                ->        Form can not be opened / used.

read                ->        Read Access. All views are Read Only.

full access        ->        Anything allowd.

 

 

Steps to follow:

1.Choose a Identification. In our case we choose "SOPTION". Only the user who has the right to change options will have the right to define colors.
2.Open Browser Form
3.Use Strg+N+B and set the field "Access" to "SOPTION"
4.Select the Tab "Button+Menu"
5.Choose "Vollzugriff" at "new:" and "del:"
6.Now save the changes.. ( All Buttons will vanish now.. That is OK.. They will appear next time the Form opens. )
7.Open the Edit Form.
8.Use Strg+N+B and set the field "Berechtigungen" to "SOPTION"
9.Select the Tab "Button" and choose "Vollzugriff" for "del:"
