You can choose:

Column Item Description	only in Tab "Text Brief Description" Write the Brief description back in current document line in field Item Description Information: in SAP it is not possible to change this field directly. Column Free Text	Only in Tab "Text Description" write the Text description back in current document line in field "Free Text" Information: This field must be visible and editable. Activate this field in document form settings – Table Format beas 9.3 PL 2
Script	(An additional script in project folder is needed) Script-for data transfer

Generating active

The description shall be created from existing parameters, Set-Objects etc. as defined in the field below.

If a work order is to be created with this configuration, Beas uses the created Brief description from this configuration. See Work order position.

Parameter Insert

Display all already defined parameters and set-objects. By this the description text for the field below can be generated easier.

Script

Setup used syntax to define text descriptions

(SQL-Formula, JavaScript-Formula, Java-Script, VBScript Formula, VBScript, DW Script, beas Script)

"Check" Button

Check for syntax errors in the entered string to generate the description.
