This chapter provides a detailed description of the user interface of the Web Product Configurator.
Note: Before working with the Web Product Configurator see the different Basic settings .

Description
Change/Select a Customer
Only visible when logged in as a Sales Employee. Click menu entry and the "Select Customer" screen opens with Card Code/Name filters.
View Cart (x items)
Only visible when cart already contains item configurations created with the Web Product Configurator.
Add/Configure Product
Create a new product configuration.
Sales Orders List
Displays the list of sales orders. See settings .
Sales Quotations List
Displays the list of sales quotations. See settings .
Logout
Log out with the current user.
Welcome XY
Displays the name of the logged in user.
- Visible in the collapsible menu on the right.
Customer
Customer code.
- Visible in the collapsible menu on the right.
The collapsible menu on the right contains the same menu entries.
In this screen the user can manage item configurations added to their cart.
Field descriptions

Item Description
The description of the item, containing all details of the configuration (materials, colors, prices etc.)
Unit Price
Unit Price
Quantity
Quantity to be ordered.
Price
Total price. The logo of the actual currency (for example "$" or "€") is displayed right of the value.
Customer information
Customer
Customer code. Visible when logged in as a Sales employee.
Requirement Date
Requirement date of the document to be created.
For Sales orders: "Delivery date"
For Sales quotation: "Valid until"
Billing Address
The address to which the order should be invoiced.
Shipping Address
The address where the order should be transported.
Remarks
Free text for notes regarding the order.
Create the order
Click this (orange color) button to create the sales order.
- Visible if set up in Document settings .
Create quotation
Click this (orange color) button to create the sales quotation.
- Visible if set up in Document settings .
In this screen you can select an item configuration to edit and create a new configuration.
Field
Description
Item Code/Item Name
Enter an item code- or name to filter the list.
Filter
Click the button to filter according to input of the ItemCode field.
Image
Default image set up in the Product Configuration Definition .
Description
Short description of the item.
After selecting an item from the list, the configurator interface opens. Once all mandatory selections are made, you can add the new configuration to the cart.

The Sales orders list contains all sales orders that are made visible for the user based on the Document settings .
Field/Function
Description
Doc Date (from-to)
Two (From-To) fields to list all available sales orders that were created in that period.
Click on the calendar icon right of the field. Dates are provided in mm/dd/yyyy format.
Filter
Click the filter button to list sales orders according to the Doc Date selections.
DocNum
Sales order document number.
Status
Status of the Sales order: open, partially open, or closed.
ReqDate
Requirement date for the total quantity.
Total
Total price.
CUR
Currency.
The Sales quotations list contains all sales orders that are made visible for the user based on the Document settings .

Contact person set up in SAP Business One > Business Partners > Business Partner Master Data > Contact Person.

Customer reference number. For example "WebOrder"

Sales order document number
Status
Sales order status: Closed, Open
Posting Date
The posting date of the product. Format in mm/dd/yyyy.
Delivery Date
Delivery date.
Document Date
The date when the sales order was created. Format in mm/dd/yyyy.
Image
Default image set up in the Product Configuration Definition .
Description
Description of the item
Quantity
Ordered quantity.
Price
Price of one unit per line.
Total
Total price of all units per line.
Sales Employee
The Sales employee provided in the SAP BusinessOne Sales order document.
Remarks
Free text.
Cancel Sales order
Click this button to cancel the sales order/quotation. See Allow to cancel sales orders .
The "Cancel Document" dialog box appears where you can confirm cancellation.
Note: If a work order has been created from the sales order, the function is not available, and the button does not appear.
