You can define text components for reports and e-mails.

PATH: Administration > System Initialization > Report Setup.

 

Text component

ID for text component

Language

Select language.

Type

Use for which document type (e.g. "Email" for Email).

Subject

Only for Email: subject line

Placeholders can be used – see below. for Example: FAO: <source_header.contactname>.

 

Functions

New

Create new entry.

Delete

Delete entry.

Edit

Edit email text. An editor opens, where placeholders can be used.

 

 

Placeholders

Placeholders can be inserted to texts, e.g. today's date: <today,yyyy/mm/dd>

The following data stores are available:

source_header

header of document. All fields, e. g. ORDR for order. Attention: When previewing (as soon as this function is available) not all fields are filled.

source_line

Document-Lines all Fields, example Order all Fields e.c. from rdr1 or inv1

document_header

All fields from beas_document_header

document_line

All fields from beas_document_header

companyinfo

Special fields from oadm (Company):
