Multiple selection

In some windows several rows can be selected at once. Some functions in these windows support multi-selection, multi-deletion.

The current row is always selected.

 

Note: Not all functions in a screen with multiple selection support this feature.

 

This function is not available in all windows. Only entries of the same type can be selected in structure view. Some entries (e.g. journal entries) cannot be selected.

Key

Meaning

Shift+click

Select all rows from currently selected row up to and including the clicked row.

Shift+cursor up or down

Select all rows from current row including each row that you step through, adding one row at a time.

Ctrl+click

Add clicked entry to selection (previous selection is kept).

Ctrl+A

Select all.

Click on entry or change row with cursor

Selection removed, only the current entry is selected.
