Link serial numbers / batches

This window displays which parts (serial numbers, batches) have been used for in the manufacturing process to construct a manufactured item.

The function allows to link serial number or batch related material positions which are issued to serial number or batch related assemblies. Accessible: Work order view > Right-click > Link serial numbers / batches.

Above: all serial numbers or batches of manufactured items (assemblies) are shown which have been posted in

Bottom left: all BOM items are shown, which include a batch or serial number related material

Bottom right: all the serial numbers and lot numbers are displayed, which have been issued for the selected BOM item.

Column	Meaning
Item	Manufactured item (assembly) .
Description	Description.
Batch	Batch or Serial number of the manufactured item, created or assigned by Beas. see batch generation .
Warehouse	Current warehouse of the manufactured item.
Quantity	Work order quantity.
Unit	Unit of measurement.
Document	Document number.
Date	Date of work order creation.

Column	Meaning
Pos.	BOM item number from work order.
Item	Material (BOM item).
Description	Description.
Quantity	BOM quantity.
Linked	Quantity already assigned to each BOM.
Unit	Unit of measurement.

Column	Meaning
Selected	Check the box to reserve this material for the BOM and to create link.
Description	Material description.
Batch	Manufacturer batch number (external) .
Warehouse	Current warehouse of the material.
Quantity reserved	Quantity reserved for the BOM on the left.
Quantity	Quantity to be assigned.
Unit	Unit of measurement.

Click the boxes in the "Selection" column to reserve material from the right screen for the BOM on the left and to create link.

Later, this link with all information entered and saved by the user can be viewed in the batch number tracing window.

If in the bottom right window a serial number or a batch is selected, it will immediately be connected to the serial number or batch number, which is currently selected in the list above.
