Distribution Key

Keys required for distribution of cost elements and allocation of cost centers are defined in this area.

Tab "Key"

Field	Description
Key	Code of the key master record.
Description	Text field for the description of the key.
Unit	Text field to designate the type of key. For example: "%" for percentage distribution, "qm" for distribution per square meters. Unit is used only for identification, it is not processed in computation.
Distribution	percentage distribution manually: defined by user automatically: determined by SAP Business One
Assessment	Select a distribution key as cost unit.

Insert a new period. Select a month from the dropdown of the opening window.

Duplicate

Duplicate current distribution key. Add new ID in the pop-up definition window.

Entry delete

Remove current distribution key.
