For many functions Beas uses the DI-API of SAP Business One. Various authorizations are required to run DI-API-objects. After a time receipt a journal entry is created. Accordingly, the user needs the authorization "create journal entries"
To make sure, that the user can execute all Beas functions, there are the following possibilities:
From SAP B1 Version 9.1
The user requires the following authorization:
Administration > System initialization > Authorization > General Authorizations
Select employee or authorizations group.
General Authorizations – last entry "Disable DI-API-Authorization" set to "full".
