Order

Overview of Maintenance order.

Bill of Materials

All material positions can be viewed in this tab.

The Tab is only visible if a work order has been linked and it displays a copy of Bill of Materials list from the linked work order.

Window maintenance_plan_dateedit.psr

Material Booking: Make a post-out for the selected Bill of Materials position.

Material Report: Collective post-out for all material positions.

Bill of Material Edit: Edit the Bill of Materials Position in the linked work order. Only visible if you have access rights for Editing a BOM Position.

Routing

All material positions can be viewed in this tab.

The Tab is only visible if a work order has been linked and it displays a copy of the Routing plan from the linked work order.

Order Time report: Report a time request.

Order time start / stop: Start / Stop your activity on the current marked routing position.

Order times: Display all created order times.

Operation sequence edit: Edit routing position from linked work order. Only visible with editing rights.

Service Call

Display and edit Service calls.

Not visible in terminal mode.

Activity

Display and create SAP Activities.

Not visible in terminal mode.

Interruption

Display, Start and Stop interruption.

Only visible if this is activated in the maintenance plan definition.

You can create and edit interruption. Additionally you can start and stop planned interruption.

While a interruption is active, nobody can start or stop any activity on the linked resource. Running work orders are stopped while interruption is active.

Window maintenance_plan_dateedit.psr

Interruption Edit: Opens the interruption editing window.
Interruption New: Create a new interruption.

Interruption Start: Opens the Login Interruption window to document interruption by Type, Resource, ID and Reason.

Display all activities (change log) for this maintenance order.
