Description	Text field for the description of the key.
Direct/distributed	Assignment (in brackets, value in database): direct (D) distributed (V) Auto (automatically) (A)
Distribution key	Designation of distribution key.
Assignment	Assignment (in brackets, value in database): Material (M) Volume of sales (U) Wage (L) No (N)

Add	Add a new cost element.
Duplicate	Duplicate selected cost element.
Remove	Remove selected cost element.
