Dashboard_5.3

This report shows all the work orders’ operations affected by the different states and sub-states, displaying their specific state (relevant for cases where, for example, a resource is in an interrupted state, but has work orders with several states linked to it), the work order number and position, the operation description, and the operation scheduling. The possible specific states are:

a)Interrupted Work: The work orders’ operations are in work, but are affected by interruptions registered for the resources (highlighted in strong red).

b)In Work: The work orders’ operations are in work with no registered interruptions (highlighted in green).

c)Scheduled (With Stock): The work orders’ operations are on schedule and with enough stock to produce them (highlighted in gray). The stock calculation takes into account the current stock and reservations for other work orders (for example, if a required component is in stock, but is reserved for another work orders, the report will consider it as unavailable);

d)Scheduled (Missing Stock): The work orders’ operations are on schedule, but the required components to produce them are missing from stock (highlighted in yellow);

e)Scheduled (Future): The work orders’ operations are scheduled for the future, with start dates greater than today. Stock is not checked for orders scheduled for the future (highlighted in gray).

f)Overdue (With Stock): The work orders’ operations are overdue, but with enough stock to produce them (highlighted in orange);

g)Overdue (Missing Stock): The work orders’ operations are overdue, and the required components to produce them are missing from stock (highlighted in light red).
