External Goods Receipt

Terminal and WEB APP > Terminal > Production apps > External Goods Receipt

Available with Production Data Collection, Start, Interrupt, Completion, Finished Goods, Scrap license.

This app opens the Goods receipt from external production window.

If the external supplier has delivered his service, the service can be posted in here. In this list all suppliers are displayed for which purchase orders exist.

Use "edit" to show all details of the purchase order and to process the goods receipt.

Via Right-click > Layout a report can be stored. It is printed automatically after creating the goods receipt.

If provision parts are used or a backflushing process is triggered, printing takes place before these.

Field descriptions

Field	Description
Supplier	External supplier.
Name	Name.
Warehouse	External warehouse of Supplier. Warehouse is displayed – according to window settings – with icon and color defined in the warehouse.   The warehouse is displayed to which the related material has been provided.   No material has been provided if no warehouse is entered.
Warehouse name	Name of supplier warehouse.
Address, city, state, ZIP, country	Supplier address.
Block	Address supplement.
