Define reports for adjusting time evaluation. The default report can be selected in master data or before creating the evaluation.

 

PATH: Time evaluation > Reports definition button.

 

Field

Description

Report name

Title

Displayed title in header.

Week sum

Check mark if hours are to be summed up by week.

Footer

Set check mark, to activate the footer with information on vacation account balance etc.

Hour surcharge

Select which hour surcharge to display.

% 1, 2, 3

Surcharge steps 1,2,3 from period rule. Title can be changed here.

 

In the great area below a schema of the print our is shown. In yellow marked row cells can be edited and added. Use the buttons below to add/remove cells or columns.

Click in to a field, select the type "Text" or "Value". For text, you enter a text, for value, you select from which data base field the content is used to fill that cell.
