Field

Description

Info

General information. Free text.

Revision

Revision number of the selected item version, copied from item version control, if activated. This is for information only.

BoM

This field is only visible if the item version control is activated.

 

Select the BOM to be inserted in the work order. This is defined in Item or Item version.

If the field is empty, no BOM is added.

Depending on the settings, the routing is determined in the BOM.

 

Note: SAP BoM is ignored at Beas work order creation.

Routing

This field is only visible if the item version control is activated and if the routing is not firmly linked to the BOM, but may be selected independently of the BOM. See Configuration wizard.

 

The selected routing is used in the work order.  This is defined in Item or Item version.

Depending on the settings, the routing is determined in the BOM.

Drawing No.

Drawing number from the item master data.

Raw Material

Raw material from the item master data.

Match Code

Match code from the item master data.

DIN

DIN from the item master data.

Unlock Manually

Only available when created in the function: If this switch is activated, the user can determine which mill of material positions and routing positions should be added to the work order. For this purpose, all positions are shown in advance and you can define which positions should be used for this using a check mark.

Printed?

In workorder structure view you can print a work order position.

This defines the work order position as "printed".

 

Here you can activate or disable the printed flag manually.

If all positions are printed, the system activates the printed flag on work order level, as well.

If you disable the printed flag on work order position level, the system disables the printed flag on work order level similarly.

Beas 2020.02

Closed

Check mark is active if the WO position is closed. The position can be closed using the Close button and can be reopened with the Reopen button.

Complete

Number of assemblies that were reported as finished. The number of entries plus the manual assembly yield is counted.

 

It is also possible to issue manual "Finished" messages. Use the input field beside the finished quantity to do this. The field is only visible if the option manually input of completion has been activated in Configuration Wizard > Production > Display > Position.

 

Time receipts of non storage related assemblies, which do not cause a material posting are counted in this field.

Project

Reference to a project (SAP Administration > Definition > Financial > Project).

 

Release

At assembly level, release (set check mark) or blocking can be managed (remove check mark). By default, everything is enabled.

You can control these switches in Item version > Status.

 

Attention: The following authorization is necessary: Production Release.

Field

Description

Approved

This information is displayed in MRP and in other lists. It set automatically, with the respective settings in Configuration wizard.

 

It can be used for release procedures.

Capacity planning

Active : Capacity planning allowed.

Material planning

Active : Material planning allowed.

Login to work order

Active : Login to work order allowed.

Material posting

Active : Material posting allowed.

Allow changes

Active: BOM and routing can be changed

Inactive: BOM and routing cannot be changed

Printed?

Shows whether the work order position has been printed, as well as the printing date. This field can be changed if needed.

Closed

Set a check mark and chose a date (calendar in  drop down field).

Completed

Reported number of completed assemblies.
