In this window section of the Order recommendation you can manage all requirements and can create an order related to the linked Sales order or Work order requirements .
To work on item level instead, switch to "Massive" mode and use the Order recommendation list.
PATH: MRP > MRP Wizard > Select a scenario > click the Order recommendation button.
